Krishna Gazula, CEO & President, IHASMD, USA visited Nuzvid campus and had an interaction with the students. He spoke to them regarding tele-health services and had given a presentation on IHASMD organization working and present status

He proclaimed that the RGUKT students are lucky to study in a campus built with a great vision in such a short span. Mr. Gazula insisted that the present day opportunities are immense and the students have to grab them. He inspired the young minds by asserting "No one can stop you except yourself, not even your economic conditions. Among you, there are future entrepreneurs, scientists, leaders and politicians. But what is important is you need to have values of life. Carry them with you and practice them in the open world."

Replying to a question posed by a student about the status of tele-health technology in India, he told that the Indian Government is connecting the villages with fiber optics within an apparent time-line of 24 months. For another question raised on Brain-drain, he answered what matters is not the country but the field we are working in. He emphasized the need to be a good citizen of the world like Bill Gates who had donated for Indian Charity. He also remembered the students that everyone is eagerly looking at them to lead the world

Finally, he suggested the students to enjoy their campus life with friends and lecturers which they will be missing once they step out of this university.

Dr. Gazula is experienced in building technology companies and delivering solutions to healthcare entities. He has extensive leadership experience in corporate strategy, development, planning and in driving large scale cross-functional outcomes. He has the ability to lead teams through decision processes, partnership and collaboration. Dr. Gazula served as President & COO of Sirvisetti Systems, a software business automation solutions company, for 7 years. He served as a member of the teaching staff at MIT, Cambridge MA, USA, and directed laboratories at MIT and Harvard University for 15 years.

Dr. Gazula has over 10 years of senior leadership experience building businesses, handling aggressive corporate and client leadership roles, and solidifying profitable C-level relationships at Fortune 1000 companies in communications, distribution, education, financial services, healthcare, insurance, Life Sciences, manufacturing, media, pharmaceutical, retail & wholesale, technology and others.

Dr. Gazula approaches challenging problems with an open mind and provides solutions in innovative ways. His skills include creating financial, personal and business value while delivering solutions to meet the customer's needs to improve business processes. In his capacity as COO of Sirvisetti Systems, he developed, architected and executed strategies for products and solutions; developed and implemented marketing plans; and served several Fortune 1000 companies and small & medium businesses (SMBs)

He has a PhD in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, India, served as faculty member at MIT, has authored / co-authored numerous publications and has been awared patents in both technology and health science.
