PADMAVYUHA is an Orbital Space Settlement Model. The main structural aspect of the model (i.e) self sufficient unit and other 4 units surrounding it; is my imagination that I got by looking at Goddess Lakshmi. I assumed that the central part of the flower in which the “Goddess Lakshmi” sits is assume to be a place where humans live & the petals being supportive to human settlement (i.e) self sufficient unit where humans live and supportive units being the agricultural unit, industrial unit, research unit and waste disposal & recycling unit that supports life. And hence I named it “Padmavyuha”.
Humans live in self sufficient unit & that is interconnected to all the adjoining units. It’s made equivalently natural to earth by growing plants in the surroundings.
All the waste material from all the other units are sent to waste disposal & recycling unit. Microorganisms are the vital functional parts of this unit.
Hitch farming is employed in agricultural unit. Here the crops are grown in buildings.
Research unit comprises well established laboratories with best equipments for qualitative research in different fields.
Industrial unit consists of all industries that produce various materials to satisfy our basic needs. The industries may be textile industries, chemical industries, industries related to metallurgy etc.
The whole system is constructed by lighter & stronger alloy duralumin which is coated by a slime layer of Zinc. It is coated for not allowing magnetic lines to pass through. The buildings are constructed with its skeleton made of rigid, strong & light weight alloy like duralumin. The wall are made of cardboard and plaster of paris which are light weight materials.
MAINTENANCE OF GARVITY: Gravity can be maintained by following way:
Required drugs, vitamins, proteins, alcohol etc can be produced in any amount by recombinant DNA technological process which is a part of genetic engineering.
From the outer ring which has attached solar panels, electricity is transferred to different units through super conducting materials. Light from sun is reflected through spherical mirrors such that all light moves though fiber optics which falls on soda lime glass. This absorbs UV radiation & allows all other radiations. Light is passed through various devices such that it is amplified many times & only white light is emitted. This light illuminates the whole system.
