RGUKT took IEL level2 subscription for IEL on-line, i.e., IEEE and IET Electronic Library (165 journals, Magazines & Transactions, 26 IET journals and magazines plus 20+ IET conference titles and proceedings of over 1,200 IEEE+IET annual conferences).
